Our Mission
Real Happy Hut Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit working to expand access to stable, safe, affordable workforce housing in Florida. We pursue practical acquisition, preservation, and rehabilitation strategies that keep existing housing in service and strengthen communities.
How we work
RHHI considers a range of property types, including:
- Existing multifamily housing
- Manufactured-housing communities
- Distressed or underused residential properties
- Hospitality properties suitable for lawful housing conversion
Why It Matters
Working individuals and families increasingly struggle to find housing that is both, safe, and within reach of their income. Real Happy Hut focuses on practical opportunities to preserve existing housing, responsibly improve properties, and support longer-term neighborhood stability.
